Christian Chorba

Christian ChorbaChristian joined the firm in 2017 following a two-year clerkship with Chief Justice Paul Reiber at the Vermont Supreme Court.  There, he gained substantial experience in many areas of Vermont law. He now practices in the areas of land use and commercial law and focuses on both trial and appellate litigation.

Christian studied International Politics at Georgetown University, where he was an EMT on the student-run ambulance service and completed internships with an international NGO, a government relations firm, and Congressman Jim Oberstar of northern Minnesota. Christian received his law degree from Boston College. During law school, he volunteered at several legal access organizations, conducted research for a campus center focused on constitutional government in the United States and around the world, and was a summer associate at a law firm in Burlington and Montpelier.
Before law school, Christian served as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in Burlington, where he organized career days for area high schools, an employment skills program for young refugees, and the placement of high school students at local internship sites.
Christian is licensed to practice in Vermont and Massachusetts. During his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, running, and fly fishing.
